Typical healthcare settings often prioritize profits over quality of care. At Raven Physical Therapy, we want to get back to treating our patients through evidence-based interventions while maintaining respect for the patient's personal wellness goals.
We utilize a cash-based model to offer private on-site and in-home physical therapy sessions throughout Chattanooga. Telehealth visits are available for our out-of-town patients. For your convenience, we currently accept cash, checks, and credit cards (including FSA/HSA cards).
Do you take insurance?
As a cash-based practice, we do not file claims with your insurance provider. However, we can provide you with itemized receipts (super-bills), which you are able to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
We are classified as an "Out-of-Network" or "Non-preferred" provider via insurance. Depending on your policy, you may be eligible for reimbursement.
