Service Description

Initial Evaluations begin with a thorough medical history and physical examination. Each patient receives customized care according to their pathology, which may include therapeutic exercise and manual therapy. Most patients receive a home exercise program to be performed between visits to maximize therapeutic outcomes. Prepare for up about 1 hour for your first visit. Initial Evaluations can be performed with or without a referral from your physician in accordance with TN Direct Access Laws. *In-Home visits may be available in your area upon request
